This 3 hour CPD course will help practice staff:

  • Gain practical skills and use role play including adult, child and baby manikins for management of medical emergencies, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), recovery position, choking and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Revise, refresh and update skills and provide candidates with the capability to deal with a medical emergency within the Dental Practice
  • List emergency equipment, including oxygen and drugs that should be used in a Dental Practice
  • Revise and refresh skills in recognising and dealing with emergencies such as: Angina, Anaphylactic Shock, Asthma Attack, Heart Attack, Hypoglycaemic Attack, Seizures and Stroke.
  • Prevent skill fade in the skills listed above.

This 3 hour CPD session will help your staff:

  • List emergency equipment, including oxygen and drugs that might be used in a Doctors Practice
  • Gain, revise, and refresh skills in recognising and dealing with emergencies such as: Angina, Anaphylactic Shock, Asthma Attack, Heart Attack, Hypoglycaemic Attack, Seizures and Stroke.
